Kyle was honored to be allowed to ride Party in another show. He wasn't close to as talented as Jake at show jumping, but it was true that Kyle had competed on Party for more of her career.
Kyle was, as always, eager to show that he was a viable rider for the farm to use. He eventually wanted to be a full-time eventer. But he mostly wanted Party to have a safe and successful round. Party was alert and warmed up. It was their turn. He nudged her into the ring and bowed slightly as the announcer said his name and Party's. Now it was time to show them what his girl could do!
